Generate invoices and account statements for tenants Compile and sort documents relating to credit and debit memos Control and ensure accurate and timely booking of accounting transactions on Credit and Debit Memos Ensure refund to tenants on recording, amounts and payments are correct Create and update a log sheet for refunds and share details with Mall Operations Maintain Long- and Short-Term deposit tracker ensuring balances are up to date and accurate Investigate and resolve any irregularities on customer queries Support line manager in month-end closing Prepare Notes to Accounts after period end closing Coordinate with Mall Operations and Credit Control team as a cross functional working team Responsible for financial data if any requirements from Audit Ad hoc reports Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance At least 1-2 years’ experience in accounting field is an advantage Able to operate Microsoft Office and Accounting software [especially Excel and Oracle] Ability to work independently Good attitude in team working and keep learning new things Positive attitude, energetic service mind Good command of spoken and written English
