What you will do
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly/yearly sales targets
  • Conduct face to face customer meetings weekly/daily and as necessary to provide support, discuss current issues, provide updates, discuss current and future business and build strong relationships
  • Explore and identify all opportunities where NEXPERIA could provide efficient solutions
  • Establish NEXPERIA as a trusted advisor to the account
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize NEXPERIA sales and profit at the account. Taking ownership for relevant Key Performance Indicators and driving corrective actions if required
  • Understanding the customer‘s business strategy, opportunities and issues
  • Understanding formal & informal hierarchy, identifying decision makers at the customer and developing relationship strategies to improve NEXPERIA’s position at the account
  • Create and successfully execute negotiation strategies and tactics (done throughout the year) in cooperation with the Marketing Team
  • Represent. and convey. the customer needs internally at NEXPERIA, and ensuring adequate priorities are set in order to execute against their needs
  • Effective monitoring of logistic/quality performance and -if required- delegation of issues to the relevant stakeholders within NEXPERIA
  • Daily communication on program ramps using Clear To Build production planning
  • Gathering and communicating market/competitor information into the organization
What you will need
  • Proven track record of success in OEM Account Management – Preferably with Major Mobile or Consumer Accounts
  • University background / education in electrical engineering
  • In-depth Understanding of Americas Semiconductor Market including reference design influence and transnational accounts
  • Minimum 5-7 Years sales experience in the Semiconductor Industry
  • Good knowledge of Discrete Semiconductors including MOSFETs, ESD protection and LOGIC
  • Proven track record of sales and account management
  • The ability to execute strategies skillfully involving multiple stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including EXCEL, PowerPoint
  • Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Meets and beats deadlines
