Job description
- To handle full set of accounts independently.
- To handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation and General Accounting / Finance functions.
- To process payment and petty cash reimbursement relating to vendor and staff claims
- To prepare bank and other accounts related reconciliations
- To ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date monthly accounts, cash flow statement, staff claims and various reports
- To assist in collating, analyzing, summarizing and preparing accounts information and trends for finance reports, audit & tax purposes
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on all related matters.
- Assist in budget and forecast preparation.
- Any other task assigned by Managing Director
