Job description

Responsibilities:
Coordinate for all related person in Travelog, parent company, related partner companies, and other parties
Arrange, submit, follow up documents from related departments, VAT filing, Tax filing, quotations, PO, invoices, receipts, etc.
Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
Handle inter-co transactions and overseas payment, including withholding tax.

All accounting and finance functions:
Book-keeping
monthly closing, AR, AP, Staff reimbursement checking
Process employee salary, reimbursement, cash advance, etc.
Prepare statutorily financial statement and work closely with auditors and external parties on financial and accounting issues
Cooperate with external audit company to complete the financial audit
Cooperate with external accounting firms to process tax filing
Assist with general office administration, as required.
Take on other financial projects as required.

Requirement:
Degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines.
Minimum 1-3 years in the similar position, with additional commercial finance operations experience.
Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc)
Able to work independently and take a hands-on approach to problem solving.
Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented.
Able to communicate in English
