What you'll do:

Manage Bookkeeping and full set of accounts for Singapore-based clients, handling portfolio of 40-50 clients

Record financial transactions from source documents into Accounting System based on Accounting Standards and Accurate Reconciliation

Constantly stay updated with new regulations and accounting standards

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure correct billing

Testing of accounting software and giving feedback

People Management

You will work directly with our Accounting Lead in managing a team of Accountants and Account Associate/Executive

Contribute to company operational matters and be ready to manage up to 6 team members in ensuring quality and timely delivery of tasks assigned

To get the team to always be in-line with the company needs and changes

Solve accounting-related issues for the team, and escalate any more significant issues and manpower need as well as minimize complaints

Who you are:

Must have SFRS knowledge

Must be proficient in Singapore ACRA and IRAS regulations

Singapore based client experience
