Job Description:

• Responsible to perform the day-to-day financial accounting, controlling and tax related activities to enable efficient cost accounting and reporting for analysis and budgeting purposes
• Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of accounting records, audit schedules and balance sheet reconciliations to make sure open items are cleared on a timely manner
• Support superior on ad-hoc activities
• Liaise with auditors and tax agent for financial review, audit and tax planning, computation, and submission
• To ensure accounts payable/ receivable, bank reconciliation, journal functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
• Responsible for the timely submission, accuracy and maintenance of financial records.
• Assist with monthly, year end and ad hoc report preparation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree Accounting related disciplines
• Willing to learn, good attitude committed and communication well with all levels people
• Detail orientated, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting system and Ms Office.
• Meticulous with a sense of urgency and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
• 5 days a week.
