Job Scope- Assist in receiving supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders and delivery order
- Data entry of invoices into accounting software
- Preparing of payment vouchers for authorization
- Budgeting for expenditures
- Verify and process employee claims
- Correspond with vendors and respond to enquiries regarding payments
- Any other tasks or assignments that may be instructed by immediate superior
- At least LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualification
- Min 1 years of relevant working experience preferred but fresh graduates may apply
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Mandarin an advantage
- Detailed and meticulous
- Able to meet timeline required of listed companies
