Job description

Responsible for the cash collection and transaction into the company bank account accordingly

Ensure collection reports are accurate to the actual collection

Highlights to Direct Superior on any discrepancies on the revenue and collection

Ensures overdue accounts are collected and work closely with operational heads on any outstanding collection

Monitoring of debtors outstanding payments and prepare weekly, monthly collection report

Suggesting and implementation of improvement strategies on revenue and collection

Regularly reviewing debtors credit limit

Ensure system is being updated regularly to reflect cash receipts, credit notes, and other accounts documentations

Responsible for making all entries, manage daily accounting, review all invoices for appropriate documentation, preparation and issuance of cheque payment

Maintain filing and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

Provides backup support to other groups in the accounting department, type periodic reports and perform other general administrative duties
