Job description
- Prepares Purchase Requisition for M&E Dept.
Keeps records of materials received and issued. Stock cards fully maintenance and update as require.
Prepare timesheet for the department and maintain all relevant documents.
Monitor/Upkeep BOMBA, JKKP Suruhanjaya License Certificates issuing date and expired date.
Record/Upkeep all service providers (lift and escalators) document such as PR, PO and Invoice.
Maintain all filing system and document being kept in systematically for easy references
Work closely with Finance Dept regarding general documentation and payment.
To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant field.
- Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate.
