Job Description
  • To handle billing, invoicing, and data entry in the accounting system(UBS).
  • To handle in office general administrative.
  • Handle Full Sets of accounts and prepare financial statements and notes to account.
  • Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of accounting record
  • Accounting data entry, bookkeeping, familiar with UBS, Autocount, SQL
  • Required to carry out other duties and job functions as may be assigned when the need arises (Ad-hoc tasks)
Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Initiative and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and possess written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Can start immediately will be added advantage.
