Job description
  • To attends to candidates’ registration for interview.
  • To attend walk in candidates to apply for job.
  • To record and handle documents that needs to be courier out & receive in.
  • To ensure the reception area is always clean and tidy.
  • To handle welcoming clients/supplier/customers with pleasant all the time.
  • To handle meeting/ conference room booking or LCD slides for incoming clients.
  • To make sure that meeting/conference room is clean & tidy.
  • To decorate of festival decoration.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all company’s documentation and activities.
  • Administration
  • Incharge of all administration matter
  • Handling correspondence, filing documents, researching case law, and formatting or drafting legal documents.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM & above.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
  • Friendly, confident and pleasant personality.
  • Those who have experience in the related field are an added advantage.
  • Candidate must know basic computer & email (Microsoft Office, etc.)
