ADMIN ASSISTANT CUM RECEPTIONIST
Responsibilities:
- To attend to all walk-in guests/ visitors professionally and in helpful manner, at the same time ensuring all inquiries or requests are attended promptly and appropriately
- To handle all incoming calls – take proper massages and transfer calls to appropriate individuals/ departments
- To handle basic general administrative duties
- To organize proper filing system for department
- Perform other related duties as required
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Certificate / Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year working experience
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
Salary range are (RM1,800.00-RM2,000.00)
