Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to the company’s admin requirements and practice.
  • Coordinate activities and schedule meetings and training
  • Prepare reports, minutes, memos, letters, notices, emails and other documents
  • Review documents and agreements (tenancy agreement/franchise agreement)
  • Perform day-to-day admin tasks
  • Communicate and answer customers' & franchisees’ inquiries
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements

  • Good in English and Chinese writing
  • Able to speak Mandarin and English, you will need to speak with mandarin and english speaking parties
  • Able to start on short notice
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to liaise with all level of people internally and externally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
