MALAYSIA FOOD PACKAGING EXPERT

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Provide office support including customer and employee support
• Follow up on business communications, billing, and ordering
• Use spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending
• Collect and inputting company data
• Maintain company records and data
• Collect data and information requested by the company
• Analyse and compile all the data acquired
• Learn about the company's mission and available products/services
• Prepare documents by printing, copying, and binding
• Act as a personal assistant to the executive team
• Give feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
• Be ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

• Good communication skills and etiquette
• Confident and highly motivated
• Able to communicate in basic English and Malay
