Responsibilities: • Responsible for school procurement of supplies, materials, equipment, and inventory management as well as support all operational and logistical projects of the school. • Assists in managing for transportation, food services, facilities maintenance, security and other third party service contracts. • Assists in the hiring and managing school support staff, including arrival/dismissal • Assists in school safety processes and compliance as well as facilities-related needs, including scheduling/meeting vendors and handling after-hours facilities emergencies • Other duties may be assigned Requirements: • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent • Experience working in education organizations, operations and facilities management experience. • Outgoing and confident personality. • Excellent communication & written skills in English. •Positive working attitude, responsible and dedicated to work.
