Shift - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay - $19 to $22 per hour D.O.E.

Location - Shrewsbury, MA & Manchester, NH



Advantage Truck Group (ATG) has a job opportunity for an Truck Sales - Administrative Assistant who will ensure optimal office workflow and procedures by scheduling, communications, providing information, and responding to requests, Also coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices.   • Starting Pay Rates $19- $22 D.O.E.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Split time between Manchester, NH and Shrewsbury, MA
  • Provide as office coverage as needed, including managing a busy, multi-line phone system, greeting customers, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment
  • Provide effective, accurate and timely administrative support to sales team, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes
  • Ensure the accuracy of sales transactions and title transfers
  • Ensure that all vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted
  • Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings occurring in the office, offsite, and via video conference
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for all levels of employees
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventories
  • Oversee and order office supplies and food deliveries for group meetings
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of general business operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three years of related experience required.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
