Job description
Responsibilities
- Eligibility checking for international student. Verify on the entry requirements for potential students.
- MOE and MQA documents - updating accreditation and corresponding letters.
- Update student’s file
- Monitor the update of database in the EMS and troubleshoot on EMS matters
- Preparing minutes for Senate Meeting.
- Preparing minutes for Board of Governors Meeting and compiling the report for Board of Governors Meeting.
- MOE online database for student data. Updating the student data in E-IPTS.
- Verification of online application for teaching permit and submission to MOE. Handling all inquiries from lecturers related to teaching permit matters.
- Offer Letter and Conditional Offer Letter for Postgraduate students
- Assist all general administration office.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess qualification at least Bachelor Degree in Business Management or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of managerial experience working at Registrar Officer or closely related enrolment.
- Excellent in English written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and logical thinking.
- Ability to manage own workload.
- Capable to prioritise and multitask.
