Job description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing direct medical care to ambulatory patients at the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Brighton health clinic facilities. The individual diagnoses diseases, conditions and illnesses, provides preventative care, prescribes the appropriate type of medications and/or treatment and refers patients requiring specialized care to appropriate facilities and/or practitioners.

Master’s degree in Nursing Family Practice is required. Certification in Family Practice is required. Possession of an active, current Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) License in the State of Florida and current CPR/HIV certification is required. Prior experience performing Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) techniques and working in primary care field or setting is preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
