Job Descriptions:
1. In charge of papaya and sweet corn production, waxy corn and maize breeding project
2. Land preparation or prepare the medium for plant (coco peat)
3. Assist in seed treatment, sowing & plugs
4. Fertilizer & Chemical Program
5. Assist in plant selection process, harvest, packing fresh products
6. Quality Control & Postharvest
7. Handlings of pipping and irrigation system
8. Set up and maintain the farm nursery operation, store and assist in farm admin work

Requirements/Skills:
1. Basic farm operation and maintenance
2. Experienced in breeding project
3. Ability to work outside in (hot sunny day), stand, walk, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
4. Exceptional active listening and verbal and written communication skills
5. Strong research, decision making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
6. Willing to respects other manpower that work together in one time
7. Do not have any health issues or pregnant
8. Willing to relocate
