Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets Accounting, Miscellaneous Receivables & Withholding tax
Job Description
Accounts Payable
- Matching of invoices – 3 way and 2 way match
- Verify & confirm account distribution for invoices
- Checking and update invoices in JDE
- Process suppliers’ payment based on credit terms
- Compile, select & submit payment for approval
- Raise Supplier Maintenance Form for any changes of suppliers’ information (if necessary)
- Review and consistently clear accrued liabilities to ensure no aged AIL
- Reconcile suppliers’ Statement of Account (SOA) & respond to supplier’s inquiries/follow-ups
- Handle & resolve AP issues pertaining to invoices, escalation to Purchasing/Requestor where necessary
Scrap sales and Miscellaneous Receivables
- Tracking of gate pass and scrap sales
- Prepare miscellaneous invoices for the billing of scrap sales
- Verification of scrap sales collection
- Compile data & submit scrap report to Safety Officer
Fixed assets
- Fixed assets tracking from Capital work in progress
- Follow-up with Purchasing & Receiving Team on PO & GR related matters
- Constantly follow-up with project owners on invoice submission to close CIP & to meet Capex forecast
- Raise MDR to request new BU creation for every new CIP project
- Transfer of capital work in progress to fixed assets categorization
- Perform monthly depreciation
- Quarterly fixed assets impairment review
Month end reporting
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly Fixed Asset Summary
- Prepare & submit Plant Freight Report
Withholding Tax
- Prepare withholding tax forms and process withholding tax payments
