We're seeking experienced Appliance Repair Technicians who are looking for a solid, stable, and growing company where they're appreciated, valued, and supported.

Our full benefit package includes health, vision, dental, 401k match, profit sharing, vacation time, sick time, annual reviews, quarterly bonus eligibility, clothing allowance, tools, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus! You’ll also receive a company van and card for gas right away, so your commuting costs are 100% covered.

$30.00+ per hour, based on experience. Once fully trained with us, your earning potential is in your hands.

Typical anticipated earnings for a motivated and experienced Service Technician at Yale:

• 1st year: $62,000+
• 2nd year: $65,000—$70,000
• 3-5 years and on: $70,000—$90,000+

What to expect working as a Service Tech for Yale:

• No on-call work, no nights, and only 13 Saturdays a year (with the following Monday off so you’ll still have a “weekend”).
• Manufacturer training provided on-site at our Training Center multiple times each year.
• Working in beautiful homes for our high-end clientele.
• Job stability and room to grow if you want it. Over 50% of our Service Techs have been here for 10+ years and our Service team is growing.

Our technicians roll from their homes in company vans. iPhones, laptops, tools, uniforms, and credit cards for gas are all provided. All parts needed for your service calls are couriered to you each day.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing home appliances.
• The desire to learn new things, ask questions, and communicate.
• Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
• Great time management skills.
