• To coordinate architectural works, landscape design, structural drawings and other trade works with M&E and C&S, sub-contractors and suppliers in order to complete work as scheduled.
• Interpret specifications and drawings accurately, and identifies discrepancies.
• Implement action plans from risks and opportunities assessment.
• Liaise with consultant, sub-contractor and client on drawings. Monitor progress, manpower and workmanship at site to comply with required standards.
• To ensure quality compliance to QLASSIC requirement
• Responsible on the material submission, work method statement and sample board.
• Plan and review the subcontracted work including its mobilizations plans, manpower and resources adequacy for the project.
• Prepare and review work method statement and material submission.
• Counter propose on the architectural materials and designs for the ease of construction and cost effective.
• Monitor Variation Order on the architectural items with all the substantiation to PM and QS Department.
• Inspect architectural works carried-out by sub-contractors.
• Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environment; complying with QESH standards and able to manage project compliance (i.e., Architectural works).
• Maintain records in accordance to ISO procedures.
• Perform any duties as and when required by the immediate superior.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 5 years and above experience in in construction industry, high rise buildings, civil and infrastructure projects (preferably with the working experience from main contractors, building construction).
• Work location: Site based in Kuala Lumpur - Mikro Suite (Brisdale)
• Computer literate: MS Office, MS Project.
• Good oral and written proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicants from property division/developer position before are welcomed to apply.
• Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
