Under our massive expansion programme, we are now looking for a experienced Assistant Executive (Overseas Inventory Monitoring Team) to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Job Description:
- Responsible to analyze stock and sales report and manage where possible, escalate to related parties for attention or improvement required.
- On timely coordinate with customer and related departments for ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of export activities.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth running of inventory control.
- Ensures the stocks are sufficient for supply, kept in an optimum or safety stock level and prevent any overstock or short supply issues. Else, stock replenishment shall be planned.
- Identify , Planning and Managing Phase In and Phase Out product with efficient.
- Coordinate and monitor on new products registration progress (either local or overseas).
- Compile report by monthly basis (highlight critical level & overstock).
- Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be able to multi-task, fast-moving and work under pressure.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal, strong verbal and written communications skills (Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia).
- Good computer proficiency in Excel
- Willing to work in Dataran Prima, PJ.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
