Responsibilities:
.To ensure timeliness and 100% accuracy in all activities relating to payroll administration and processing
.Preparation of monthly payroll and statistic reports to internal and Management reporting
.Preparation and timely submission of statutory documents & payments to relevant government authorities, e.g. EPF, SOCSO, LHDN
.Manage & update employee's record in payroll system
.Coordinate with Finance Department for the preparation of cheque payments for staff salary & monthly statutory contribution
.Understand and keep abreast with changes in local laws regulating compensation practices to maintain compliance with government regulations
.Handle process of employee insurance claim, renewal and movement
.Attend to employees' inquiries on payroll and medical benefit matters
.Verification and submission of invoices to Finance Department
.Ad hoc duties as and when assigned by immediate superior
.To provide all HR deliverables effectively, accurately and timely.
.To ensure timeliness and 100% accuracy in all activities relating to HR administration and processing.
.Maintain employee database and other HR records in compliance with procedures and regulation requirement.
.Work closely with HRBP & Recruiter for Employee on-boarding & off-boarding process.
.Preparation of HR formal letters and ensures letters are issued to employees.
.To attend to corporate request and provide the relevant information as per timeline.
.Ad hoc duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements:
. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant HR Payroll experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-tasking.
