Our Assistant Store Leaders play a vital role in restaurant management operations by providing a hospitable environment and ensuring a satisfactory experience of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that guests receive outstanding customer service
• Understand all in store marketing promotions
• Store Clerk responsibilities
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve restaurant performance
• Communicate customer requests to management
• Reporting to the Store Manager and District Manager
• Our Store Associates contribute to outstanding customer service experience

For Management Positions:

• Customer Service Management and FoH Management
• Supervisory Activities
• Shift Management, Team Leading
• Key Holder responsibilities, opening and closing
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by a manager

Pay and Benefits:

We offer an attractive total compensation plan that includes per hour wage and a comprehensive benefits package (available after one year of employment).

Cashier and barista experience is a plus. Retail management experience will be considered. Food service experience is not required.
