Job description
Responsible in ensuring all stock count are performed accurately on a timely basis and assist in month end closing.

1. Daily Stock Count exercise for all branches via system (no visits to branches needed):

Ensure performance of daily cycle count by all branches as per stocktake calendar.
Ensure stock take guideline is adhered to for completeness and accuracy.
Stock take reconciliation are done accurately (only valid documents are accepted for reconciling).

2. PPE verification for all branches & HQ:
Ensure all tangible fixed assets in all branches and HQ are tagged for identification purpose.
Annual full PPE verification done for all branches and HQ.
Ensure damage / non-existence PPE are written off.

3. Audit:
Attend to audit request with TAT of 2 working days.

4. Reporting:
Preparation of supporting schedules for month end closing.
Assist in cost allocation for Branch P&L.
Assist in preparation of yearly tax computation.
Quarterly Management Assertion presentation to Board.
Assist in compilation of month commentary.

5. Any other ad hoc assignment

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experiences.
Responsible, positive attitude, mature and able to work independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Dedicate and committed to meet deadlines.
Computer literate in Ms Office Word and Excel.
