Position: Manager, Digital Innovation

Job Description
Assist the Department Head to oversee the operations of IT functionality including Project Management, Data Analytics, Application Support, IT Operational Support, and IT Infrastructure.

Project Management & Application Support

• To lead and manage the project team and vendor to ensure deliveries within timeline and approved budget
• To manage, track, provide timely and regular reporting status on projects and all relevant IT activities
• To work with business stakeholders to resolve business delivery issues
• To manage Application Support Team (SAP, WMS, POS, CRM, B2B, Retails Management System, etc.) and ensure smooth support to end users

Data Analytics

• To collect, consolidate and analyse project data to support effective decision making and set clear project scope with various stakeholders.

IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Lead and be responsible for the entire spectrum of IT infrastructure
• Ensure optimum availability of IT Infrastructure services for all systems
• Perform periodic system health check and maintenance on servers, database, storage, backup, network and security devices such as firewall, router, antivirus system and etc
• Ensure secure operations of computer systems, servers and network connections includes system logs review and analysis, network traffic and troubleshooting
• Manage and support networking and security services in LAN, WAN and Internet network infrastructure
• Handle implementation of system/solution and installation of hardware, software, and networking components
• Responsible for documenting service log and ensure smooth support of IT Operation issue
• Responsible for keep track of version upgrade and software licensing
• Responsible for IT Asset Management

Qualification & Requirement

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or relate field.
• At least 5 years of working experiences
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in system administrator/network support fields
• Minimum 1 year experience in database administration (MS SQL)
• Deep understanding of ERP (SAP) backed by experience in supporting and implementation of ERP systems.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, server, security, network, systems administration, databases, and data storage, and backup system
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiar with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Required skills: Project management, Software Coding and SQL Database.
• Knowledge in data science and machine learning techniques
