• Ensure and oversee all production activities and operators comply to workplace safety

requirement.

• Assist production manager to monitor production performance, analyzing and finding

solution for production activities.

• Assist Production Manager in managing the resources required to operate the production

plant efficiently.

• Assist all internal quality audit activities in the company and resolve problems in

production cost-effectively.

• Responsible to machine utilization and downtime improvement efforts.
• Reviewing of existing procedures and product performance data.
• Plan production meetings, production activities, worker schedules, machine maintenance

schedules and maintains budgets and product quality.

• Responsible for manpower arrangement and requirement to ensure production processes

are implemented as scheduled.

• Work closely with production, warehouse, QA and others to ensure related machinery is

maintained for high performance.

• Any other duties as assigned by the management to you from time to time.
