Key responsibilities

• To Lead picking and dispatch of FG materials to manufacturing plant with correct SKU, expiry, batch number and quantity and timely dispatch.
• Assist Supervisor to lead and and monitor the loading and unloading process of goods delivered by Customer
• Support warehouse operations by receiving incoming material, counting and inventory items, as well as receiving and checking the contents of packages against packing lists/invoices and delivery orders
• To perform physical check on the product label, specification, quality and quantity received against the Purchase Order
• To check on temperature and cleanliness of the raw materials and truck to the guideline given.
• Ensuring timely and accurate receipt inventory by physically or electronically into the computer system
• To check on expiry date, manufacturing label, supplier batch number/lot number against COA document.
• To ensure goods received / ship out are properly arrange at the designate staging area and to inform end user to collect it within the time frame.
• To carry out any other assignment or task given by superior as when required

Qualifications and skills

• Diploma/ Degree in related field
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations
• Reliable and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of logistics processes is a requirement
• Knowledge of SAP/WMS application is an advantage
