· Work closely with different functions in Sutherland Malaysia for vendor invoices and uploading of the invoice for approval in the ERP. Periodic reconciliation of vendor statement with accounted invoices to ascertain unpaid dues if any.
· Co-ordinate with other departments and basis the ERP report, ascertain the weekly vendor payouts, determine fund needs and send it for payment approval.
· Liaise with the vendor on pending payments, invoices, and payment confirmation.
· Make periodic petty cash payments after obtaining requisite approvals, submitting the invoices for approval in the ERP for closure of advance and maintain appropriate reconciliation and records.
· Assist in filing statutory reports and returns to the authorities as and when required.
· Work in close coordination with Global Financial Shared Services team in relation to accounting and reporting
· To act as a communication channel between the local tax authorities, bankers, regulatory authorities, auditors, MDEC and vendors and HO whenever required.
· Support all month close and Annual audits.
· Support all other adhoc requests both from finance and admin from time to time.

· Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all stakeholders of the organization both external and internal.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
· Bachelor's degree/Post graduate degree from an accredited college or university.
· Medium to Excellent fluency in English and excellent fluency in Malay.
Experience:
· 3 to 5 years of experience in a finance role in an MNC or medium size company.
· Hands on working experience in any ERP package is mandatory. Peoplesoft/Ariba experience will be a preferred.
