Job Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing audiology service by performing hearing assessment, and providing clinical administration to customers’ needs.

• Ensuring all safety measurement is taken before performing a medical test on customers.

• Proactively provide consultation to customers about the treatment plan that suit the customer’s health, especially hearing problems in a professional manner.

• Prescribing the right hearing aid to customers or any relevant test or investigation needed such by coordinating work processes with Nursing, Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Specialist Clinic departments.

• Act as liaison between customers, their families and healthcare colleagues by resolving customers’ issues that arise in a timely manner.

• Perform other duties as when assigned by Superior

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Audiology or equivalent

• At least 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required is essential for the position

• Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills

• Multilingual will be an added advantage

• Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision

• Pleasant personality and good communication skills
