Job Descriptions:

  • Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures service department adheres to all regulations
  • Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
  • Effectively manages team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
  • Ensure the workshop and workshop equipment is kept to a high standard and cleanliness at all times.

Identify department training needs and coordinate with the respective department to implement individual training plans for each employee inclusive of a department training records.

  • Monitors department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues
  • Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
  • Report all equipment failures for immediate repairs to the respective department. Resolves service desk problems and improves current service desk methods to increase productivity and customer service
  • Sets up and maintains service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency
  • To assign the duties of the Foreman on a daily basis to ensure they are efficiently utilized.
  • To distribute the daily appointments to the appropriate member of staff in a fair and efficient manner.
  • To ensure consistent communication and updates to the service reception on the vehicle status.
  • To ensure constant communication with the spare parts department for pending parts and pre picked parts.
  • To ensure the booking system is kept constantly updated with the vehicle progress.
  • To ensure the department SOP are adhered to at all times
  • To update the daily department reports.

Requirements:

· At least Diploma or Sijil Kemahiran in any relevant education

· Have driving license (B2, D)

· Experience in a Customer Service lead role

· Highly effective team management skills

· Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills

· Ability to set targets & streamline processes

· Possesses working experience in related field would be an added advantage.

· Able to interact and communicate with all levels and possess strong interpersonal skills.

· Active, energetic and able to travel short distances within Klang valley.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
