Bilingual Law Firm Office Manager
Job description
Hartman Law Firm is seeking a bilingual office manager for our Glenwood Springs office.
The office manager will assist with a variety of administrative tasks to support our law firm operations, including phone calls, appointment scheduling, payment processing, employee onboarding, file management, and other duties. Required: Bilingual (English/Spanish), close attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to work diligently and efficiently. Candidates with experience with KPI tracking, online marketing, trust accounting, or cloud-based law firm software applications will be given special consideration.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
