Main Duties and Responsibilities: - • Responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. • Responsible for securing warehouse as well as supervising staff. • Helping the team understand performance & delivery targets. • Training or ensuring that workers are properly trained for their specific roles such as Riders & Drivers. • Scheduling work hours and shifts for huge number of employees to ensure there is enough of main power in the Warehouse. • Assisting in resolving emergencies, such as a quality or customer problem that might be escalated to the team supervisor for handling. • Identifying and resolving workplace problems, including tardiness or absenteeism. • Providing reports and activity updates to management. • Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods. • Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy. Job Requirements: - • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Warehouse Management or equivalent. • At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Preferably in logistics industry. • Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills to lead an efficient team. • Strong in computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong logical thinking skills, team player, decisive and strong execution, willing to work extra miles to achieve management goals, and able to work under pressure. • Able to work in face pace environment. • Possess own transport and must be willing to travel. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. • The candidate must be willing to work in Penang Mainland/Island.
