Job description

Checking and inspecting fire safety equipment and performing grounds maintenance as well as maintenance around the inside, outside, and exterior of smaller-sized apartment buildings. A Facilities Technician monitors and operates electrical and plumbing systems and inspects and verifies emergency power, fire suppression and sprinkler systems, in addition to the above duties

• Respond and attend to customer repair requests. Communicate with customers to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, equipment, building, and others.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems & inspect fire alarm systems & conduct repair when necessary
• To complete assigned works as scheduled.
• Able to carry out works satisfactorily with minimum supervision.
• To attend wiring and cable works at the site
• To conduct testing and commissioning
• Carry out servicing and maintenance & repair aircon & building as per schedule
• Accepting, following through, and completing all assignments and any other duties as needed/assigned by superior.
