Job description

1) To be in charge of building maintenance and facility management. 2) Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations. 3) To assist in daily operations and ensure technicians/contractors complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner. 4) Conduct maintenance of electrical systems. 5) To schedule routine inspection and identify maintenance issues. 6) To supervise maintenance activities include corrective and preventive maintenance, operations, repair, upgrading and improvement works. 7) Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines. 8) Ability to deal with other contractors, suppliers, technicians or maintenance workers. 9) To perform routine building maintenance duties, including minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, landscape maintenance and others maintenance when required. 10) To do visual inspection of all switchboards to ensure all cable connections is securely connected. 11) To make sure all electrical equipment, appliances and fittings are in good condition. 12) Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol. 13) Perform other maintenance duties as requested by Building Manager.
