Job description
Responsibility & accountability:
· Receive and consolidate all incoming correspondence; review all updates/ requirements/ requests/ etc. received with HoD for follow up action;
· Performing a wide range of administrative functions requiring sound decision making and problem solving with minimal direction;
· Identifies business opportunities by identifying tender opportunities, evaluate company position in the industry; researching and analyzing project participation options.
· Attend tender briefing and participate in preparation of tender submission documents.
· Establish, update and maintain proper filing system for all tender documents to ensure proper tracking and for easy retrieval and reference as required;
· Follow up with all relevant parties to ensure full sets of documentation are received for tender submission;
· Ensure all documentation for submission are according to required formats per submission requirements.
· Tracking and storage of all relevant project related media in soft copy or hard copy as required.
· Review meeting records/ submission documents with HoD prior to submission/ dissemination;
· Ensure proper archiving and dissemination of meeting records.
· Follow up with respective departments to ensure submission documents are submitted in timely manner;
· Compile and consolidate activities and updates for inclusion into final submission documents for HoD review;
· Ensure all relevant attachments and appendices are included for HoD’s preparation of final submission documents.
· General administrative duties as required – eg. mailing, preparation of documents for submission, etc;
· Maintain utmost confidentiality with sensitive and personal information in performing your duties
· Undertake any other related duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
