Wealth Mastery Academy (WMA) is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive. We are a company focused on education and training assistance for enterprises, with offices in KLand Penang.

What is your job scope?

• Prospecting and create new clients through online/offline
• Provide professional consultation/advice to prospecting clients
• Increase customers’ loyalty through exploring and providing personalized and value-adding options/ solutions.
• Setting goals, overall planning for job performance and sales target
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients by following up consistently, actively responding to their inquiries, and assisting in resolving problems on behalf of them.
• Understand clients/ customers needs and develop their interest from there to turn into a selling point.
• Promote sales of existing products and be responsible in collection of due/ overdue payment from clients/ customers.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary on an ad-hoc basis.

; Requirements: - What criteria will make you succeed?

• Candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ International Business/ Marketing or equivalent/ Communication or any relevant.
• Preferably with working experience at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both oral and written.
• Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
• Familiar with marketing, digital marketing and/or event management.
• Willing and able to work on weekends (on and off).
• Can work independently, energetic and able to work under pressure..
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn about the technical part of the training program.
• Able to travel domestic and possess own transport.
