Responsibilities:- Participate in on-the-ground outlet experience
- Prepare and compile findings for daily/ weekly/ monthly outlet report
- Assist in on-the-ground outlet survey and gather operational feedback
- Engage with a hands-on Customer Service experience
- Aid with operation administrative functions
- Support team members with daily operational duties including IT support management/ coordination
- Involve in project management to implement change/ improvement
- Contribute ideas and suggestions on new operational plans
- Perform any other special projects/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
; Requirements: - Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Retail and Operations Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field
- Successful completion of introductory courses in relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Capabilities in identifying problems and evaluating relevant action required to solve outlet issues
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
