Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including the management of supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries from employees, vendors, and clients
- Manage and maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital
- Implement and improve office policies and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency
- Assist in onboarding new employees and providing ongoing support to the team
- Process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Plan and coordinate office events, team-building activities, and special projects as needed
- Manage human resources tasks related to hiring, EDD, sick policy, and employee pay scales
- Ensure legal matters are responded to by the appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Process timesheets, bonuses, and commissions for the sales team
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
