Roles & Responsibilities

• Processing business applications documents to assist in preparation, development, reviewing and approval of the KYC and CDD exercises.
• Validate, create and maintaining KYC and CDD records by obtaining information from internal and external sources.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure the process of workflow is in order, complete and closed.
• Ensure KYC and CDD exercises incorporate with local regulatory requirements and Global Business framework.
• Attend incoming clientele inquires and supports.
• Partnering with brokers and introducers for further inquiries, request and changes made.
• Support incoming inquiries and other task assigned by Head of Department from times to times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellence communications and essential typing skills in English and Russian (For Russian speaker).
• Excellence communications and essential typing skills in English and Japanese (For Japanese speaker). Local candidate with qualification of JLPT N1 or/ N2 are encouraged to applied.
• Excellence communications and essential typing skills in English and Korean (For Korean speaker). Local candidate with qualification of TOPIK L6 or/ L5 are encourage to applied.
• Analytical and good organizational skills are an asset.
• Willing to learn and manage in a constantly update environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
