JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- General sales administration/support, including but not limited to data entry, sales report analysis, invoicing, quotation generation, keep customers database up-to-date, etc.
- Assist to update and support sales performance and KPI
- Act as point of contact between logistics, production, and sales team
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement and development for the organisation to implement initiatives and putting processes and systems in place for sustainable long term business growth.
- Assist in ensuring correct procedure standards applied for all documents
- Ensure payments are duly collected on time and are up-to-date
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Junior level, specialized in business support or equivalent.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
- Discipline, independent, word hard and well time management.
- Preferably good communication and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
