Job Description:

• Handling inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other issues related to the company's products
• Resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information to improve customer’s satisfaction
• Working in a team to achieve KPI elements

Requirements:

• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
• Mandarin communication skills will be an added advantage.
• SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided.

(FREE shuttle bus service provided from skudai,tampoi,gelang patah and larkin)

Salary Package:

Starting from RM1,900.00 - RM2800.00 per month (including additional allowances worth up to RM 700)

Annual Leave, Medical and Insurance Coverage
