IMMEDIATE CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR/MANAGER POSITION AVAILABLE

STABLE AND ESTABLSHIED COMPANY WITH OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-4PM

VALLEY STREAM, NY (IN OFFICE, NOT REMOTE)

$25/HR

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of call center supervisor/trainer experience
  • Experience training new employees
  • Experience holding employees to standards
  • Experience handling call escalations

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for new and existing call center team members products and services, techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to improve the knowledge and skills of the team, including on-site training, and in-classroom training.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources, to ensure that the sales team has access to up-to-date information and resources.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to individual sales team members as needed.
