PANCHEROS MEXICAN GRILL in GLASSBORO NJ at 1058 N. Delsea Drive (next to CVS and Verizon) is hiring for the following positions for: Cashiers, Prep Cooks, and Shift Managers.

We are seeking employees who can provide a pleasant experience for our customers and who can work well together as a team.

We close at 10pm so you will be out before 10:30PM. NO LATE NIGHTS!!

Team member's main responsibilities include: working the front line which consists of making customers' food in front of them (burritos, bowls, salads and quesadillas), following recipes to ensure proper portioning and ingredients, having friendly interactions with customers, putting together pick-up or delivery orders, keeping our food items stocked and clean, keeping the front line clean, and using the cash register.

This is a great opportunity to grow with the company. We promote from within and are looking for team members who can eventually become Managers.

Must be friendly and have excellent customer service skills.
