Responsibilities:
- Process at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary / Kitchen Operations or equivalent
Requirements:
- Prepares and delivers lectures to students within a prescribed curriculum.
- Prepares and participates in preparing examination papers, invigilating examinations and marking of students’ written exercise, papers and practical work where necessary.
- Offers counseling assistance to students and parents with a view to promote quality education, either in the University College or off campus.
- Organize extra mural activities for students in their field of study or for leisure activities.Actively involved in all extra-curricular activities organized in the University College.
