Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and interventions for students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students' speech and language needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success.
• Conduct therapy sessions and monitor progress to achieve targeted goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and staff trainings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Eligible for or actively pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) certification.
• Indiana state licensure or eligibility to obtain Indiana licensure.
• Knowledge of a variety of communication disorders and therapeutic techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatrics is preferred.
