Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly driven Compensation and Benefits Manager to manage the employee’s payroll, compensation, and benefits for all Browzwear’s entities. You will be exposed to a wide range of experiences and an exciting learning journey.
What you will be doing
Payroll Management and Reporting
- Work closely with outsourced payroll processing partners by reviewing all payroll data to ensure service requests are completed accurately, and timely and are compliant with statutory legislation requirements.
- Manage contractors' and part-timers' monthly payments based on approved timesheets.
- Oversee and manage payroll transactions to ensure bank files are uploaded successfully and there are sufficient funds for payroll disbursement.
- Assist to maintain an efficient payroll process that complies with all countries' federal and state regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely data interface to the respective internal reporting/ analytics platform (i.e. finance and data analytics).
- Accountable for recurring or ad-hoc business needs to design and to deliver country-specific or customized reports generated from the reporting/ analytics systems.
- Assist by providing payroll-related information for external audits.
Expense Claims Management
- Check and process monthly expense claims and credit card payments by ensuring that expenses have been properly approved in accordance with policy.
- Liaise with outsourced payroll partners for expense claim pay-out for employees in all countries.
Sales Commission Computation
- Process quarterly sales commission pay-out to Sales representatives as part of the payroll process and relevant contributions and taxes submission.
- Main focal point in handling any dispute raised by Sales representatives.
Others Ad Hoc Tasks
- Liaise with various departments within the team including the Finance and HR department to ensure proper execution of payroll and HR practices as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other Business related domains;
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience;
- Familiar with the end-to-end payroll process, regulation, tax law, statutory requirements and processes of Multiple countries;
- Ability to act as a change agent and influence others to achieve desired objectives;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Team player with good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills;
- Willing to be hands-on and work under pressure with a good sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment;
- Working experience with different types of HRIS and/or payroll software;
- Prior experience in designing and implementing HR payroll and reporting tools.
