The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the Customer Service Department is a visible, interactive department with all departments, service personnel, patients, significant others.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or advanced degree recommended
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute care setting is preferred
- Management experience is necessary to effectively direct personnel
- Volunteer Management experience recommended
- Knowledge and experience in working with a diverse population is strongly recommended
