Construction managers are responsible for the planning and coordination of the construction projects. They proJob Responsibilities: � Study and understand the Construction Drawings and Specifications. � To identify potential backlog and to propose solutions to Management. � Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews. � Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures � Monitor Daily Reporting, Weekly Reporting, Monthly Reporting, Logistic and Material Requisition for all ongoing sites � Ensure proper flow of documentation procedure (Memo, Request for Inspection, Request for Information, etc.) � Ability to interpret Construction Drawings and Bill of Quantities � Basic knowledge in dealing with requirement of Local Authorities � Basic knowledge in leveling, squareness, verticality, termination of architectural finishes � To assist and coordinate between Construction Site Supervisors, Project Coordinator, Lead Designer, etc. Required Skill(s): � AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Writing Skill. � Experience in “Permit to Work� system, � Knowledge in JKR Specification, HSE or EM, Primavera software, � Experience in Operating Total Station will be an added advantage. vide expertise in the design phase of construction projects by facilitating a better estimate of the costs and the functional implications. They participate on bid processes for construction projects and handle subcontractors to deliver the different stages of the construction process from beginning to completion.
